Job Description Position Overview: The primary responsibility of the Sr Engineer - Robotic Process Automation is to transform operations by creating and operating robotics software to automate processes in accordance with global center of excellence standards and coding ethics. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and The Venetian Resort's policies, practices, and procedures. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Design solutions utilizing Automation Anywhere best practices; technical responsibility for project delivery. Consult with business stakeholders to provide functional and technical expertise in areas including solution design, process improvement and risk identification/mitigation. Develop and document configuration best practices; contribute to team training and professional development activities. Shape end-to-end architecture and design; work with Robotic Process Automation management to implement solutions. Create high-level architectural... specifications that are feasible, functional and successfully integrate with existing systems. Assist RPA Center of Excellence to drive strategic and tactical roll-out of solution to achieve organizational goals. Safety is an essential function of this job. Additional Duties & Responsibilities: Additional Duties & Responsibilities: Minimum Qualifications 21 years of age. Proof of authorization/eligibility to work in the United States. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field. Master's Degree in a technical discipline preferred. Must be able to obtain and maintain a Nevada Gaming Control Board registration and any other certification or license, as required by law or policy. 5-8 years' experience in IT Architecture and Software Development. Experience with RPA software; Automation Anywhere RPA experience preferred. Experience with programming languages (such as C++), testing procedures, and similar activities related to the software development lifecycle, preferred. Intermediate-level knowledge of the following: .NET 4.x and higher Framework (C#, ASP.NET, ADO.NET, Entity Framework or Hibernate) Java Development PHP Development Database technology (e.g. SQL Server). Minimum Qualifications: Experience with HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Bootstrap, Ajax, Jquery, XML. General knowledge and skills for web design patterns, data structures and optimization techniques. Excellent written and oral communication skills, with a strong ability to effectively translate technical items to non-technical people. Strong problem-solving skills. Expertly manage multiple tasks simultaneously; work well under pressure. Team-focused; assists others for successful outcomes. Mature, meticulous, resourceful, organized and able to work independently. Able to participate in international travel. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and other Team Members of different backgrounds and levels of experience. Must be able to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays. Physical Requirements: Must be able to: Physically access all areas of the property and drive areas with or without a reasonable accommodation.
