Position Overview

This position will be based in our Enterprise Delivery Center, located in Bangalore, India. Our Enterprise Delivery Center is focused on customer satisfaction and comprised of highly skilled and well-motivated Support Analysts. This position will be a part of RPA Production Operations team, ensuring the 100% availability of Digital Workforce

• Identify & Troubleshoot Process Automation failures
• Develop Automations using UIPath, Python, java
• Will provide support and maintenance of UI Path application and Infrastructure
• Work with developers and application owners to implement the change & document it
• Troubleshooting and providing solutions for production issues raise by either end user / automated monitors
• Perform Disaster Recovery Tests
• Implement and fortify monitoring program through application monitoring tool
•... Participate in Stakeholder meetings and present the insights into Automation Metrics

Minimum Qualifications
• Experience with UiPath RPA technology
• Good Programming Experience in UiPath
• Deployed UiPath Application components
• Programming skills in Python/Java is desirable
• Knowledge of UiPath infrastructure & Experience in troubleshooting infrastructure related issues
• Used UiPath Orchestrator for deployment, monitoring and management of UiPath Robot automation activity
• Hands on Experience using AWS or Any other cloud Services to Spin up UiPath components
• Experience in Infrastructure Monitoring
• Good Knowledge on Incident Management Workflow/ITSM Process
• Proficiency in Communication
• Should have worked with multiple global teams and cultures, should have the diplomacy to deal with multinational clients
• 4-6 Years’ Experience in RPA Development/Production Support using UiPath
• Any Bachelors/Master’s degree is a must with preference to Computer Applications
