Position Description

Leading development, testing and implementation of initiatives

Evaluating and designing automation initiatives across multiple business domains

Preparing automation scripts (coding)

Providing coaching and guidance to team members

Contributing to the successful completion of project deliverables

Producing design and supporting documentation according to quality and design standards, including well-documented code

Troubleshooting and fixing technical issues and providing timely responses

Supporting practice leaders by developing RPA solutions on a wide range of consulting projects

Experience Level

Minimum Requirements

Canadian security clearance to at least Reliability status or eligibility to obtain

Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science or equivalent industry experience

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience leading others in a customer facing role

Strong written, verbal and presentation skills. Ability to discuss and present technical concepts to a non-technical audience

You must have a significant amount of experience in RPA development and coding in software such as Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism or UiPath

In-depth knowledge of design and analysis methodology and application development processes

Desire to learn emerging technologies

Working knowledge of source code control

Detail-oriented and exceptional organizational and time management skills, together with the ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities and meet deadlines
