Your job responsibilities will be:
· Evaluate processes and make recommendations with regard to their potential and suitability for RPA and work effort estimation;
· Configuration and development of process automation tools;
· Deliver project engagements using best practice agile methodologies ;
· Act as part of an RPA development team, working to a Lead Developer to deliver client outcomes;
· Create and maintain throughout the project lifecycle, the Solution Design Document (SDD) including detailed RPA solution process flows, process and technical specification;
· Continued professional development within the Blue Prism technical pathways;
· Support the delivery team with technical expertise and assistance in both integrating with and debugging systems used by and associated with the Blue Prism infrastructure and processes;
· Design and develop process solutions in accordance with standard design principles and conventions and development best practice;
· Participate in discussions around architectural options, ensuring all options are considered to ensure optimal deployment;
· Work within project planning constraints, communicating any identified project risks and issues to the delivery/project manager accordingly and providing inputs to the change control process;
· Lead the investigation and detailed analysis of RPA Incidents and process exceptions including a strategic approach to root cause analysis;
· Model high individual standards and commitment to client service; and
· Contribute positively to the Synergy team, innovation and growth

Required
· Experience developing and implementing automated processes as a certified RPA developer or suitable wider development experience;
· An aptitude for problem solving;
· The ability to work with a structured and methodical approach, combined with an enquiring mind;
· A self-starter who delivers high quality work and can adapt to new challenges, either on their own or as part of a team;
· Comfortable in navigating a variety of technology platforms;
· Three years plus professional services experience in a client-facing organisation
Highly desirable
· Technology consulting experience;
· Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent;
· Prior experience in process automation development and implementation ;
· UiPath, Blue Prism or Automation Anywhere training and/or accreditation;
· An understanding of Microsoft Technology (Azure, VB .NET, Windows, Internet Explorer, SQL Server, Web Services, Active Directory) ;
· An understanding of technical infrastructure, including network communication, server interactions, security features (such as encryption), authentication/authorization systems (e.g. LDAP, AD), virtualization, remoting, and other systems necessary to support an automation architecture ;
