What we need (in addition to all that stuff above)

Our Home Office is looking for an associate to Support the Robotic Process Automation (RPA) initiatives for all department heads in mortgage operations, including but not limited to HR, accounting, loan servicing, and marketing. This position requires the ability to understand and improve on existing workflows to automate through RPA. Create, monitor, support and maintain Robotic Process Automation (RPA) workflows for all departments.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
• Work with business managers and their team members to map out and create streamlined and effective RPA processes in Winautomation.
• Obtain workflow steps and document for approval in a functional workflow document
• Program, test and support RPA processes in Winautomation.
• Support business team members who are creating RPA workflows in Winautomation.
• Administer and act as first line support for our enterprise installation of Winautomation.
• Track and produce a weekly report on all RPA workflows in development and deployed, showing annual cost savings generated by each workflow.
• Become our subject matter expert in all Evergreen current and future systems related to creating, expanding and maintaining an RPA workflow.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Be willing to assume additional responsibilities/duties/projects as they arise.
• Have strong organization skills, the ability to learn quickly, and accuracy/timeliness in completing tasks.
• Perform all actions in accordance with policies and procedures of the company.
• Expected to meet productivity guidelines of the position.
• Effectively use software specific for the position and Microsoft office products.
• Work well with other members of the EHL team and be willing to fill in when needed.

Specific Skills/ Knowledge/ Abilities Required for Position:
• Bachelor’s degree and/or 2+ years technology experience in a mortgage lending environment is desired.
• Previous experience in scripting or coding required.
• Previous exposure to and understanding of mortgage lending operations highly desired.
• Experience with one or more RPA technologies, such as Winautomation.
• Strong Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills, and creative thought processes.
• Exercise good judgment and strong character, motivated, hard working.
• Ability to work well with fellow associates, clients and vendors.
• Good communication skills. Neat, clean, healthy work habits.
• Must be able to track and maintain accurate logs and records.
• High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others.
• Ability to work independently on projects.
• Must be able to grasp issues quickly, and be able to successfully discuss workflow concepts.
• Strong Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills, and creative thought processes.

Physical Requirements
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, occasionally noisy environment.
• May be required to drive for business purposes and if so, must hold a driver’s license in good standing and maintain personal auto insurance in compliance with EHL’s Auto Insurance policy.
• Must be able to speak and hear, lift and carry up to twenty-five pounds (25 lbs.) or occasionally more.
• Requires all forms of dexterity and mobility throughout the shift.
• Occasionally required to reach with hands and arms, sit climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
