Position Description

AI Singapore (AISG) is a national AI programme launched by the National Research Foundation (NRF) to anchor deep national capabilities in Artificial Intelligence (AI).

The programme office is hosted by the National University of Singapore (NUS) and brings together all Singapore-based research institutions and the vibrant ecosystem of AI start-ups and companies developing AI products to perform use-inspired research, grow the knowledge, create the tools, and develop the talent to power Singapore's AI efforts.

This role drives the RPA (robotic process automation) initiative at AI Singapore.

  • Continuous development of TagUI open-source RPA software.
  • Focus includes ease-of-use, reliability and AI / ML capabilities.
  • Keep technical documentation and learning materials updated.
  • Advise potential partners if their workflows can be automated.
  • Develop, deploy and support automation workflows for partners.
  • Present at events AI Singapore's RPA initiative and TagUI tool.
  • Conduct hands-on workshops on RPA and how to use TagUI.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you would likely have the following qualifications: -

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Engineering or related field.
  • App development using languages such as JavaScript, PHP or Python.
  • Comfortable with Windows / macOS / Linux development environments.
  • Awareness of artificial intelligence and machine learning concepts.
  • Ability to balance big picture view with meticulous attention to details.
  • Enjoy open-source and willing to contribute to open-source project.
