Robotics System Developer

As a Robotics Process Automation Engineer join a team focused on building rapid automation capabilities to drive the best customer experience in Financial Services. Our Robotic fleet works across the full spectrum of Banking and Financial Service offerings including as mortgages, transactions accounts, business banking lending and wealth products.

As a Robotics Process Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, build and management of automation capabilities using Robotic Process Automation technologies (primarily BluePrism) – working directly with business stakeholders to automate opportunity processes and support/enhance existing automated processes. You will also be responsible for maintaining the Robotics platform – ensuring high availability, continuous compliance and maintaining the technology lifecycle across the full stack, including seeking uplift opportunities such as leveraging Cloud capabilities and market integrations/plugins.

As a successful candidate, you will have a passion for software engineering excellence, creative problem-solving ability, strong communication and a collaborative mindset – working with both technology teams and business stakeholders. You will have demonstrated the ability to work both independently and as part of a larger global team. In addition, you will have a track record of developing and maintaining Robotic solutions that are reliable, maintainable and secure.

To Be Successful In This Role

  • strong experience in BluePrism RPA development
  • building for observability through monitoring, APM or other alerting tools (such as SumoLogic and AppDynamics)
  • CI/CD automation including quality engineering
  • desirable skillsets: .Net, container and cloud technologies (AWS).
