Position Description

Candidate should act as Liaison between company and client and support offshore and onshore models for multiple projects.

Manage all project management activities from initiation to deployment.

  • Gather, compile and interpret client requirement.
  • Responsible for project planning, tracking timelines, deliverables and status reporting, both to higher management and the internal business client.
  • Review requirements to ensure work is well within the scope of the project.
  • Ensure clients expectations are met through coordinating client requirements against outputs.
  • Track and manage risks and issues.
  • Experience in Agile Methodology, Create sprint plans, Daily Scrum, Update Jira, DevOps required
  • Knowledge and Experience in technologies like RPA .Net, Salesforce is an added advantage.
  • Logistics industry experience is a big plus
  • Candidate should have Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
