What will be My Responsibilities?

  • Analyse business processes and workflows with the objective of finding out how they can be improved and automated to enable the experience design. This requires constant collaboration and feedback into the design research, journey maps and service blueprint
  • Facilitate process workshops, after which they document any information elicited using process maps and business requirements documents.
  • Able to see the big picture, understand project objectives and be able to apply the understanding of how processes should work to operational improvement initiatives.
  • Present new process designs to stakeholders for discussion.
  • Identify future automation opportunities in line with the and quantify benefits

  • Deep expertise in the practise of Agile, particularly Scrum and Kanban
  • Technical understanding, development experience or certification in automation tool set e.g. AWS SWF, K2, UIPath, Mulesoft, Watson
  • Experience completing User research and Service Design

What experience do I need?

  • Process analysis including as is process analysis, business process mapping and identification of process improvement opportunities.
  • Design of future state processes to implement identified improvement opportunities in user experience and business improvement outcomes.
  • Experience in running process workshops and interviews with client stakeholders to understand pain points, procedures and opportunity identification
  • Awareness of automation capabilities and value levers
  • Experience with automation across multiple technologies including workflow tools, AI and RPA
  • Experience in working with development and product teams to communicate process requirements in the context of experience design and the technical solution.
