As the Innovation and Business Intelligence Advisor your responsibilities will include planning, estimating, forecasting, providing both oversight and day to-day management, leadership, direction, and administration across the full project life-cycle on medium to large size projects. You’ll collaborate with and influence other areas within the company to develop analytic models, methodologies and reports or process changes that support company’s strategy initiatives. You will craft and deliver analytic solutions and access data to construct and manipulate large datasets to support planned analysis. The tools you'll use are SQL, SSIS, SSRS, Tableau, Python, Altreyx and similar business intelligence tools. You'll own problem analysis, solution validation, risk management, issue resolution and partner engagement processes. You'll develop dashboards to support, manage and report on various innovation and reporting strategies as well as lead all functions of day-today aspects of assigned projects to ensure each project is delivered timely.

  • Experience extracting, manipulating, and analyzing data and then using it to draw conclusions.
  • Explore and recommend emerging technologies and techniques to support/improve the Business Intelligence components.
  • Provide leadership and mentor team with use of business knowledge and analytics expertise.
  • Provide a leadership role in the definition and prioritization of customer and partner expectations, including ensuring that projects are completed in manner that ensures successful.

Required Qualifications

  • 3 or more years of T-SQL (SSIS/SSAS/SSRS) or PL/SQL programming with a proven ability in writing advanced SQL functions and procedures.
  • At least 1 year of experience in batch extracts, transform load (ETL) tools such as Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services or Informatica.
  • A minimum of 1 year of Python coding experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience providing business-related and technical expertise on large, highly complex reporting projects and business analytics.
  • Expert level experience developing sophisticated product development initiatives from concept through release.
  • Exposure to CVS Rxclaim and Teradata systems.
  • Exposure to RPA tools such as UIPath, Blueplanet.


  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience may be considered.
