Position Description

The Auxis Content Specialist is responsible for working closely with marketing and leadership to develop marketing collateral and deliverables in support of our sales strategy. The position will interact daily with the leadership team to define, create and curate content that maintains the quality and brand standards established. The Content Specialist will be responsible for creating, producing and measuring the performance of content across various channels for the service lines related to Finance Transformation (Nearshore Outsourcing, Robotics Process Automation, Shared Services, Analytics & Overall Process Improvement). The content you create will engage our CFO and finance executive audience, enhance knowledge about the, and increase brand awareness to ultimately drive qualified leads. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will produce blog posts, email content, assist with influencer marketing and PPC and SEO campaigns, write long form content such as e-guides, and other... content, as needed. You will be part of a new content team focused on driving awareness of the future of finance organizations and driving demand for game changing services and products (RPA). Create, maintain and manage the content calendar for BPO & RPA Services Ensure a consistent voice across all collateral, meeting Auxis’ quality and branding standards Become an expert on how Auxis buyers think and consume content as well as on Auxis’ services and differentiators in order to propose new thought leadership topics (and formats) that effectively increase our brand awareness among our targeted buyers Work closely with the different practice leaders at the organization to obtain the necessary input in order to develop meaningful and relevant content for our targeted buyers. You will be expected to write the content yourself, and when applicable you will delegate the writing to copy writers/freelancers under your supervision. Reports and Whitepapers E-mail Marketing Copy Social Media posts Introductory PPT presentations Any other type of content required to promote Auxis services Manage content distribution to online channels and social media platforms to increase web traffic and conversion of qualified leads Continuously maintain and archive all content assets and make them available to all the stakeholders at the organization Measure, analyze and improve engagement levels with our content Manage budget related to content development Ensure that content is SEO friendly to maximize organic visits and conversions Educate and coach Senior and C-Suite executives at Auxis on how to develop their personal branding in social media channels as a key vehicle to develop credibility and engagement to Auxis’ services Stay up to date on industry news and trends, and collaborating with internal and external teams to conceive of, report on, and produce original content. Develop a close relationship with key Industry Research Analysts and other relevant content distribution organizations to increase their level of awareness of Auxis’ capabilities. The main goal of these efforts is to be able to distribute our content as part of their collateral/editorial in order to increase Auxis’ website traffic and improve conversions. Skills and Experience Minimum of at least three (3) years of experience writing/developing copy and content for a professional services firm Preference for candidates with background in writing content for a similar finance executive audience or for a B2B services company (e.g. Big Four, Accounting Firms, Software and/or SaSS) Bachelor Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration or other related area Ability to work autonomously and independently and willingness to take on additional responsibilities as we grow Portfolio of Articles/features/blogs previously produced required (please attach to application) An understanding of SEO best practices Knowledge of Google Analytics Must be organized, driven and collaborative Must be adept at writing both short & long-form narratives and punchy attention-grabbing headlines and social messages. Must have a proven track record of success in contributing to content strategy across channels. Must be adaptable and be able to plan and write content in a variety of different voices, formats and lengths.
