Sydney Local Health District (SLHD) is seeking an experienced Career Medical Officer to join our team at the RPA Virtual Hospital!

Do you hold an MBBS or equivalent, with current general registration with the Medical Board of Australia and a minimum of three full years of postgraduate experience?

Do you have demonstrated effective experience in supervising other junior doctors?

The RPA Virtual Hospital is Australia’s first Virtual Hospital which provides a personalised service for people in our community – a new way of caring. The rpavirtual care centre is able to connect with patients and their carers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by utilising technology to build on the legacy of our staff, providing excellent patient and family centred care in our community.

The rpavirtual Career Medical Officer will provide high quality... medical care, working in a multidisciplinary team led by the Clinical Director and Nurse Unit Manager, and supervising Junior Medical Officers on rotation to rpavirtual.

The Career Medical Officer will receive high level training in clinical management, using virtual workflows, eMR documentation and scheduling remote appointments.
