You will be working closing with various stakeholders across the business ensuring effective communications to help drive the company changes and initiatives as well as achieving buy-in and adoption.
You will lead change management and communications for the global Cognitive Science & Automation Programme, which drives automation within Schroders using technologies such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Intelligent Optical Character Recognition (OCR), Machine Learning and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
As the Global Lead in Singapore, you will also engage extensively with senior management as well as business and technology stakeholders to deepen their understanding and obtain buy-in on the new technology and automation initiatives. You will assist in the delivery of the changes and programs to facilitate the design and implementation.
You will drive knowledge management, thought-leadership, training and other internal initiatives. You will provide training guidelines, create training modules to ensure that newcomers and existing employees are familiar with the company processes.
To qualify, individuals must possess:
- Bachelor qualified
- Must have at least 8 years of experience in managing companywide transformational changes
- Experience in changes management in Automation program such as robotics process automation (RPA), Machine Learning, etc.
- Excellent communication skills and has experience in stakeholder engagement and organizational design.
- Ability to negotiate and quickly solve problems.
