Position Description

Thirdware Solution Inc. is seeking an ambitious and high-energy Business Development Executive based in Livonia, Michigan to support the company’s software sales efforts in the US MidwestSuitable candidates will be responsible for and demonstrate experience in –• Sales of Configured Off the Shelf (COTS) software product and services. Experience in RPA, ERP or similar enterprise applications is desirable, but not essential• Initiating contact with potential customers through outbound sales communications via Email, LinkedIn, Phone calls and Remote/ In person presentations• Promoting the company’s products and services, generating and qualifying leads (SQL), and pursuing qualified sales opportunities• Convincingly articulate Thirdware offerings and value proposition to overcome any resistance from prospects and successfully close the sale• Tracking sales leads in CRM, generating sales reports, evaluate success, trends and failures of sales campaigns, develop strategies and tactics for improving sales outcomes, and assist with sales forecastingQualifications• Bachelor's degree 3+ years in sales industry• Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success• Strong negotiation skills• Strong communication and presentation skills• CRM experience is preferred
