The Automation Engineer will be accountable for developing end-to-end automation solutions, mainly with Automation Anywhere. He/she will work with virtual global team members delivering and supporting solutions for automation of various business functions using agile delivery methods.

The Automation Engineer will be expected to analyze data related to workflow, processes, and reporting to evaluate the efficiency of current-state business processes. He/she may be required to support the design of a future state workflow design.
Development of RPA client architecture and solution proposal focusing on scalability and... extensibility
Create and maintain both high level and technical documentation around all automation development
Provide continuous updates to RPA stakeholders and the Project Manager during project delivery
Crafting Automation process solutions according to the standard Automation design principles and conventions and in accordance with Operational needs
Coding and scripting in Automation Anywhere (and other automation tool if required) & should be able to fix or resolve issues with the Automation
Configuring new Automation using core Automation tools that are efficient, well-structured, maintainable and easy to understand
Supporting existing processes and implementing change requirements as part of a structured change control process
Successfully manage issues that arise day to day because of running the Automation processes and providing timely responses and solutions as required
Other Responsibilities include (not limited to)
Support business leaders in developing a detailed 'As Is' Process Description Document (PDD), a detailed 'To Be' Automated Process Description Solution Design Document (SDD)
Support in conducting RPA High Level Assessments
Develop high level project plans for implementation of projects
Supporting the Operational Teams during the UAT and rollout phases
Demonstrate a mature and sophisticated approach to problem solving
Qualifications & Experience Required
Bachelors' degree in computers/ technical field or equivalent combination of education and experience
3 to 4 years' experience delivering automation solutions
Must be proficient in latest versions of Automation Anywhere (v11.0+)
Hands-on experience in end-to-end development of business processes using Automation Anywhere with ability to develop on Windows and web-based browsers etc.
Good working knowledge and understanding of the RPA tool vendors, tool capabilities, features and functionalities
Skill with staging and deploying the automation solution into test and live environments and provide post- production support
Knowledge of the programming tools/languages (e.g., C#, .NET) and experience in programming (including scripting /coding), SQL and relational databases, and application development
Experience with Process Analysis, Design, and Implementation, Business and Technical requirements, Problem-Solving, and System(s) Testing, including UAT and Bug fixes
Basic understanding of Lean Six Sigma process methodologies
Experience with other RPA Software tools will be advantageous (e.g. Blue Prism, UI Path, WorkFusion)
Nice to have experience in Cognitive technology deployment / IQ Bots development
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
